医用输液瓶口贴在临床输液中预防医院感染的效果观察

目的观察医用瓶口贴在临床输液中医院感染预防措施及其效果。方法采用随机抽样方法和检测方法,对临床使用静脉输液的液体瓶进行了抽样检测。结果输液过程中凡使用瓶口贴的100瓶,在3组时间间隔采样检测全部无菌生长,所得到的结果与传统的瓶口擦拭消毒法结果一致。输液瓶口使用瓶口贴明显比传统的瓶口消毒法节省时间和经费,达到了节约、简便、提高工作效率的要求,同时可以保证防控医院感染的效果。结论使用输液瓶口贴代替传统的输液瓶口擦拭消毒法是护理操作细则中一次有价值的改革,具有科学、实用、安全、便捷和防污染等优点。
