医院传染科污染被服洗涤消毒效果观察

摘    要:目的观察医院传染病房污染被服洗涤消毒效果,探讨污染被服最佳洗涤消毒方法。方法采用棉拭涂抹采样和活菌计数检测方法,对本院传染科污染被服不同洗涤消毒方法的效果进行了评价。结果第一类方法是采用洗涤剂加自动加热清洗机清洗法,分别在主洗水温50℃水中洗涤20 m in,再升温至70℃~90℃继续洗涤15 m in;第二类方法是采用含有效氯500 mg/L的84消毒液浸泡30 m in,然后再用自动加热清洗机进行清洗;清洗后的被服经过烘干、熨烫、折叠,然后采样检测。此两类清洗方法,均可使污染被服上菌数降至<200 cfu/100 cm2,且无致病菌检出。结论本研究所采用的两类清洗消毒方法对污染被服上细菌杀灭效果都可以达标,但以自动加热清洗机水温70℃清洗更符合节能和环保要求。

Abstract:Objective To observe the infection department's forschungsergebnis of washing and disinfectant hospital recyclable contaminated clothes,and to find out the best method.Methods Cotton swab sampling and living bacterium detection were used to evaluate the effect of different methods our department taken.Results The first method is using detergent add autoheated flushing equipment method: in 50 ℃ water washing 20min,then warming to 70 ℃ ~ 90 ℃ and continue washing for 15min.The second method is using 84 disinfectant which contained 500mg/L available chlorine soaking for 30min,then using the autoheated cleaner.After the previous step we made the bedding and clothing drying and ironing,then sampling to inspect.The two cleaning method can both reduce the number of bacteria of the polluted bedding to <200 cfu/100cm2 and no pathogenic bacteria was detected out.Conclusions The two methods for reducing effects of bacteria on bedding can meet the index.However,the automatic heating washer can be more energy conservation and environmental protection when the water temperature is 70℃.
