| 摘 要： | 目的探讨持续腰大池外引流治疗脑室内出血的疗效。方法脑室内出血患者150例，随机分成腰大池外引流组75例和常规腰穿组75例，对两组病人进行疗效对比分析。结果治疗组脑脊液恢复正常时间、意识障碍恢复时间短，并发症少，死亡率低，两组比较有统计学差异。结论持续腰大池外引流治疗脑室出血疗效确切。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the efficacy of the intraventricular hemorrhage treated by continuous drainage in the terminal cistern of spinal canal. Methods 150 cases of patients with intraventricular hemorrhage were divided into terminal cistern drainage group (75 cases) and regular spinal puncture group ( 75 cases) .Then the efficacy were analyzed. Results The treatment group was characterized with short times in the recoveries of cerebrospinal fluid and disorder of consciousness, less complications and low death rate, which was different statistically. Conclusion It is effective for the intraventricular hemorrhage to be treated by the drainage in the terminal cistern of spinal canal. |
