Determination of Curdione and Germacrone in Zedoary Turmeric Oil and Glucose Injection by HPLC |

| Abstract: | An HPLC method was established for the determination of curdione and germacrone in zedoary turmeric oil and glucose injection.A C_(18) column was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile and 0.1% phosphoric acid for gradient elution at the detection wavelength of 210 nm.The calibration curves of curdione and germacrone were linear in the concentration ranges of 10-200 μml and 5-100 μg/ml.The recoveries were 99.6%(RSD 1.2%) and 99.8%(RSD 2.0%). |
