| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经腹超声(TAS)与经阴道超声(TVS)在诊断宫外孕中的应用价值。方法对103例经手术证实为宫外孕的超声检查结果与手术结果进行对比分析,所有病例均进行了经腹及经阴道超声检查。结果TAS组检出附件包块53例,TVS组检出附件包块96例;与手术病理结果对照,TAS组诊断符合率49.5%(51/103),TVS组诊断符合率91%(94/103)。结论经阴道超声对宫外孕的诊断明显优于经腹超声,两者联合可提高诊断率。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the value of transabdominal ultrasound (TAS) and transvaginal ultrasound (TVS)in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods 103 cases of ectopic pregnancy were analyzed retrospectively,they were examined by TAS and TVS. Results The accurate rate of TAS in diagnosis of ectopic preganacy was 49. 5%, the accurate rate of TVS in diagnosis of ectopic preganacy was 91%.Conclusions The diagnostic accuracy of transvaginal ultrasound for ectopic pregnancy is obvi- ously higher than that of transabdominal ultrasound.Combination of them for further diagnosis should be essential and useful. |
