| 中药制剂对兔耳增生性瘢痕组织的影响 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中药制剂对兔耳增生性瘢痕组织的影响。方法:建立兔耳增生性瘢痕动物模型,2月后将瘢痕随机分为治疗组和对照组并外用中药制剂或生理盐水治疗,治疗1月后观察中药制剂对瘢痕形态及瘢痕增生指数的影响。结果:中药治疗组和对照组之间瘢痕增生指数差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);光镜下见明显抑制成纤维细胞增殖及降低胶原纤维的含量。结论:中药制剂可抑制兔耳增生性瘢痕组织增生。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effects of Chinese drugs pharmaceutics on Hypertrophic scar in the rabbit ears.Methods:Hypertrophioc scar made in rabbit ears were divided into treatment group and control group and treated with Chinese drugs pharmaceutics or saline as control at two month,and the rabbits were killed to observed Hypertrophic Index and morphological change of scars one month later.Results:Compared with the control group,Chinese drugs pharmaceutics reduced Hypertrophic Index significantly(P<0.05).the proliferation of fibroblast and collagen decreased in the Chinese drugs pharmaceutics treated group.Conculusion:Chinese herbs could inhibit proliferation of hypertrophic scar in the rabbit ears. |
