剖宫产新生儿窒息28例的抢救与护理

目的总结剖宫产新生儿窒息的抢救方法和护理体会。方法根据1min Apgar评分标准，28例剖宫产新生儿窒息分为：轻度窒息19例，重度窒息9例。对28例新生儿窒息有效的抢救和护理配合资料进行分析。结果经有效的抢救和合理配合，仅1例并发肺炎，均抢救成功，无一例死亡。结论迅速有效的护理配合是剖宫产新生儿窒息抢救的重要组成部份。

The first aid and nursing in 28 newborns with neonatal asphyxia after cesarean section

Objective To summarize the experience of first aid and nursing for neonatal asphyxia after cesarean section. Methods 28 newborns with neonatal asphyxia after cesarean section were evaluated on the basis of 1 min Apgar＇s scores, 19 eases of them belonged to mild, and 9 eases as severe. All newborns accepted special immediate care. Results 28 newborns with neonatal asphyxia after cesarean section had been improved after treatment, except one with pneumonia. Furthermore, no one died in this series. Conclusion The effective first aid and nursing play an important role in treatment of neonatal asphyxia in newborns after cesarean section.
