| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨出血性脑梗塞的病因、分型与治疗的相互关系。方法：通过病史、临床表现、CT、MRI、MRA资料、治疗结果进行分析。结果：出血性脑梗塞最主要病因为各种原因的脑动脉栓塞,特别是有心房纤颤病史者．可分为血肿型,大梗塞非血肿型和小梗塞非血肿型。通过分型分治。个体化治疗,15例患者中好转治愈13例,死亡2例。结论：对出血性脑梗塞在治疗上应分型分治,个体化治疗,不宜中性治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the relation ship between pathogenesis,typeand treatment of cerebral infarction with hemorrhage.Method:We collected and analy zed the history,symptom,CT?MRI?MRA data.Result:The mainly pathogenesis of cerebral infarction with hemorrhage is cerebral infarction is cerebral embolism.esp the patients with AF history. After the treatment according to the type.13 cases of 15 were cured, 2 of them were dead.Conclusion:We should treat the cerebral infarction with hemorrhage according to the type of different cases. |
