湖北省15岁及以上成人二手烟暴露现况研究

目的 了解湖北省15岁及以上成人二手烟暴露现况,为烟草控制措施的制定提供依据。方法 2016年11月至2017年5月,使用分层多阶段随机抽样方法,从湖北省24个县(市、区)随机抽取15岁及以上常住居民进行入户调查。根据抽样设计及全国第六次人口普查湖北省人口数据进行加权,使用SPSS 19.0统计软件的复杂抽样模块进行数据分析。结果 湖北省15岁及以上二手烟暴露率为73.6%,家中、室内工作场所二手烟暴露率分别为43.2%和50.3%。二手烟暴露率男性高于女性,农村高于城市,45~64岁年龄段与初中文化程度者暴露率最高(P均＜0.001)。政府机构、医疗卫生机构、餐厅、公共交通工具与中小学二手烟暴露率分别为28.9%、25.2%、62.2%、24.3%和29.3%。结论 湖北省15岁及以上成人二手烟暴露情况十分严重,应积极探索适宜的干预措施,推动无烟立法。

Status of second-hand smoking among adults aged 15 years and above,Hubei

Objective To understand the status of second-hand smoking among adults aged 15 years and above in Hubei Province,and to provide a basis for tobacco control measures.Methods Stratified multistage random sampling method was used to choose adults aged 15 years old and above in 24 counties from November of 2016 to May of 2017 in Hubei Province,and a household survey was conducted among the respondents.The complex data module of SPSS19.0 software was used for analysis,and the data of Sixth National Population Census of Hubei were used for the complex sampling weighting adjustments.Results The second-hand smoking exposure rate was 73.6%,43.2% exposed to second-hand smoking at home,and 50.3% exposed to second-hand smoking in indoor workplace.The male,rural residents,residents of 45-64 years old,and people with primary education level had higher exposure rate of second-hand smoking(all P<0.001).The exposure rates of second-hand smoking of government organizations,healthcare and medical institutions,restaurants,public transportation,and primary and secondary schools were 28.9%,25.2%,62.2%,24.3% and 29.3%,respectively.Conclusion The status of second-hand smoking among adults aged 15 years and above in Hubei Province is still serious.The intervention measures should be taken,and the smoke-free laws and regulations should be promoted.
