摘    要:
目的 对2013-2017年乌鲁木齐市手足口病病原学监测结果进行分析,为其防控提供科学的参考依据。方法 对2013-2017年乌鲁木齐市手足口病监测病例的标本进行人肠道病毒、肠道病毒71型、柯萨奇病毒A组16型和其他肠道病毒核酸检测。结果 检测3867份标本,肠道病毒阳性率为76.44%(2956/3867),其中EV71、CA16、其他肠道病毒和混合感染(EV71+CA16)阳性率分别为24.08%、22.01%、30.28%和0.08%;手足口病流行时间为5-7月(76.29%),病例数男女比例是1.49〖DK〗∶1(2313/1554),年龄主要集中在6岁(91.36%)以下;病例数居前三位的地区分别为水区(752例)、新市区(743例)和沙区(734例)。结论 手足口病病原体每年优势毒株不同,呈现明显的季节、人群及地域分布特征,应加强病原学监测,尤其对其他肠道病毒的分型检测。

Abstract:
Objective To analyze the pathogenic surveillance results of hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD)in Urumqi between 2013 and 2017,so as to provide a scientific reference for its prevention and control.Methods Human Enterovirus(HEV),Enterovirus 71(EV71),Coxsackievirus A group 16(CA16)and other enterovirus nucleotides were detected in the specimens of HFMD surveillance cases in Urumqi from 2013 to 2017.Results A total of 3867 samples were detected and the positive rate of Human Enterovirus was 76.44%(2956/3867),and the positive rates of EV71,CA16,other enterovirus and mixed infection(EV71+CA16)accounted for 24.08%,22.01%,30.28%,0.08%,respectively.The prevalence of HFMD was mainly from May to July(76.29%).The male-female ratio was 1.49〖DK〗∶1(2313/1554),and the age was mainly below six years old(91.36%).The top three regions were Shui district(752 cases),Xinshi district(743 cases)and Sha district(734 cases)in Urumqi.Conclusion The dominant strains of HFMD are different every year,with pronounced characteristics of the season,population and geography.The pathogen monitoring should be strengthened,especially for the detection of other enteroviruses.
