食管鳞状癌组织 E-cadherin和 Vimentin的表达与肿瘤浸润和转移的关系

摘    要:
目的 探讨食管鳞状癌 (esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,ESCC) 组织E- 钙黏蛋白(E-cadherin)和波形蛋白(Vimentin)的表达与肿瘤浸润和转移的关系。方法 选取2016 年10 月~2018 年3 月收治的126 例ESCC 患者作为研究对象,采用免疫组化(immunohistochemical,IHC)检测ESCC 患者肿瘤和癌旁正常黏膜组织中E-cadherin 和Vimentin 的表达水平。采用pearson 相关性分析检测ESCC 患者肿瘤和癌旁正常组织中E-cadherin 和Vimentin 的相关性。分析E-cadherin 和Vimentin 与ESCC 患者临床病理特征之间的关系。结果 ESCC 患者癌组织中E-cadherin 的表达水平显著高于癌旁正常黏膜组织(P <0.001),癌旁正常黏膜组织中Vimentin 的表达水平显著高于癌组织(P <0.001)。相关性分析结果显示,ESCC 患者肿瘤组织中E-cadherin 和Vimentin 水平呈显著负相关(r = - 0.574, P <0.001),而癌旁正常组织中E-cadherin 和Vimentin 水平无显著相关性(r =0.096, P =0.510)。临床病理特征分析结果显示,E-cadherin 表达的降低和Vimentin 表达的升高与ESCC 的病理分型、TNM 分期、淋巴结转移和浸润深度均显著相关(P <0.001)。结论 检测E-cadherin 与Vimentin 对ESCC 患者具有潜在的诊断与治疗价值。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of E-cadherin and Vimentin in esophagealsquamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) and tumor invasion and metastasis. Methods A total of 126 ESCC patients admitted fromOctober 2016 to March 2018 were selected as study subjects. Immunohistochemistry (IHC) was used to detect the expressionlevels of E-cadherin and Vimentin in tumor and normal adjacent mucosal tissues of ESCC patients. Pearson correlation analysiswas used to detect the correlation between E-cadherin and Vimentin in tumor and adjacent normal tissues of ESCC patients. Therelationship between E-cadherin and Vimentin and the clinicopathological characteristics of ESCC patients was analyzed. Results The expression level of E-cadherin in the cancer tissues of ESCC patients was significantly higher than that of the normaladjacent mucosa tissues (P <0.001), and the expression level of Vimentin in the normal adjacent mucosa tissues was significantlyhigher than that of the cancer tissues (P <0.001). Correlation analysis results showed that E-cadherin and Vimentin levels intumor tissues of ESCC patients were significantly negatively correlated (r = - 0.574, P <0.001), while there was no significantcorrelation between E-cadherin and Vimentin levels in para-cancer normal tissues (r =0.096, P =0.510). The clinicopathologicalanalysis results showed that the decreased expression of E-cadherin and the increased expression of Vimentin were significantlycorrelated with the pathological classification, TNM stage, lymph node metastasis and infiltration depth of ESCC (P <0.001).Conclusion Detection of E-cadherin and Vimentin has potential diagnostic and therapeutic value for ESCC patients.
