| 摘 要： | 为探讨溶栓治疗对老年急性心肌梗塞（acutemyocardialinfarction，AMI）患者的疗效，对比分析了50例尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗与58例非溶栓治疗的老年AMI患者住院期临床表现。结果显示，经溶栓治疗的老年AMI患者，其梗塞延展、住院期严重心律失常和严重心功能损害的发生率显著减少，无1例发生颅内出血。表明对老年AMI患者用尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗是一种安全有益的方法。

| Abstract: | To determine the therapeutic effectiveness of thrombolysis in the elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction, clinical data were compared between 50 elderly patients treated with intravenous urokinase and 58 others treated by conventional medications. The results showed that the incidence of infarct extention, severe cardiac dysfunction and arrhythmia were significently decreased in the patients treated with thrombolysis. There was no intracranial hemorrhage complication during the treatment. Thus, thrombolysis with intravenous urokinase is safe and beneficial to elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction. |
