腹腔镜肠粘连松解术应用于粘连性肠梗阻治疗的临床疗效评价

目的 评价腹腔镜肠粘连松解术治疗粘连性肠梗阻的临床疗效。方法 24例粘连性肠梗阻患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组12例,观察组应用腹腔镜行肠粘连松解术,对照组采用传统开放手术,对两组的治疗效果进行评价。结果 两组患者在手术时间、术中出血量、术后胃肠功能恢复时间和术后并发症状况等指标方面,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,且观察组临床疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论 腹腔镜肠粘连松解术具有手术时间短、术中出血量少、并发症发生率低和患者胃肠功能恢复快等优点,是治疗粘连性肠梗阻的有效手段,值得临床推广。

Clinical effect evaluation of laparoscopic enterolysis in the treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction

adhesive intestinal obstruction. Methods There were 24 eases of adhesive intestinal obstruction divided into observation group and control group, and each group contained 12 cases. The observation group was treated by laparoscopic enterolysis, and the control group received conventional open operation. The curative effect of the two groups were analyzed. Results The differences between the two groups of operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery time, and postoperative complications were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic enterelysis has the advantages of short operation time, few intraoperative bleeding, low rate of complications and fast gastrointestinal function recovery. It is an effective treatment for adhesive intestinal obstruction, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
