| 摘 要： | 目的：研究乳腺癌惠者IL-2、SIL-2R的动态变化。方法：取100例乳腺癌患者和100例健康对照者,同时测定血清IL-2、SIL-2R含量。结果：术前乳腺癌患者IL-2显著低于健康对照组,SIL-2R高于健康对照组;在复发、转移时,IL-2同术前比较显著降低,SIL-2R水平显著增高。结论：IL-2、SIL-2R与乳腺癌进展有关。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the changes of IL-2 and SIL-2R in the patients with breast cancer. Method: IL-2 and SIL-2R were determined in all the serum samples from 100 patients with breast cancer and 100 healthy woman. Results: Preoperative serum IL-2 in patients with breast cancer was significantly lower, While SIL-2R was significant higher compared with those of control group. In the recurrent patients, IL-2 level was decreaced and SIL-2R level was markedly increased compared with preoperative patients. Conclusion: The IL-2 levels and SIL-2R are related with the progress of breast cancer. |
