摘    要:观察自体成骨细胞培养后移植治疗骨折延迟愈合及不愈合的可行性。选择2006-04/2007-10本科收治的骨折患者12例,男8例,女4例,骨折延迟愈合9例,骨折不愈合3例;胫骨4例,股骨7例,指骨1例。抽取患者自体红骨髓,体外诱导及培养成骨细胞,在X射线透视下定位穿刺将细胞注射至骨折断端局部,定期复查X射线平片,观察骨折愈合情况及副反应。12例患者中11例得到随访。4例治愈,平均愈合时间为成骨细胞移植后6.8个月;6例有效,有效率90.9%;1例无效。移植后未出现注射部位红、肿、热、痛等感染现象。

Abstract:To study the feasibility of autologous osteoblast transplantation for treating delayed union and nonunion of fractures. Twelve fracture patients (8 males and 4 females) were enrolled from April 2006 to October 2007. There were 9 cases of delayed union of fracture and 3 cases of nonunion of fracture; 4 cases in tibia, 7 in femur and 1 in phalanx. Osteoblasts were harvested from red bone marrow of patients and cultured in vitro. Cells were injected into local broken ends of fractured bone by locating puncture by X-ray perspective. X-ray film was regularly reviewed to observe fracture healing and adverse reaction. Eleven patients were followed up. Four patients were healed. Mean healing time was 6.8 months after osteoblast transplantation. Six patients had a good effect, resulting in a efficiency of 90.9%. One patient had no effect. No flare or thermalgia was found on the injected regions after transplantation.
