摘    要:目的:应用锥形束CT(cone beam computed tomography,CBCT)评价正畸-牙周联合治疗中牙槽骨的状态。方法:选择牙周病正畸治疗患者20例,处于正畸治疗排齐整平阶段,平均6个月。应用CBCT自行设计定点方式,对治疗前、后前牙区牙槽骨密度和牙槽骨高度进行检测,采用SPSS16.0软件包对测量数据进行配对t检验,并行观察者内部和观察者之间的可信度评价。结果:牙周病患者正畸治疗中,牙槽骨密度的降低有显著性差异(P=0.02),牙槽骨高度变化无显著性差异(P=0.74)。不同检测时间和不同观察者间的牙槽骨密度和牙槽骨高度值,一致性检验结果示组内相关系数均在0.9以上,无显著差异。结论:CBCT可用于评价牙周病正畸治疗中牙槽骨的状态,自行设计的定点方法具有可行性和可重复性。

Abstract:PURPOSE:To evaluate the role of cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) in evaluation of alveolar bone state during orthodontic-periodontal treatment.
