| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨阿奇霉素不良反应的规律和特点.方法 对104例阿奇霉素不良反应报告进行分析.结果 阿奇霉素的主要不良反应是过敏反应、胃肠道反应;其他还有造血系统损害、泌尿系统损害、肝胆系统损害、神经系统损害等.结论 合理使用能够减少其不良反应的发生.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the rule and characteristics of the adverse drug reactions(ADR)of Azithmmycin.Methods An analysis was conducted on 104 reports of adverse drug reactions related with Azithromycin.Results The main ADR of Azithromycin were anaphylactic reaction and gastro-intestinal disorders,including cardlovaacular disorders,urinary system disorders,Liver disorders,and so on.Conclusion Rational use of Azithromycin Can reduce ADRS. |
