美洛西林钠舒巴坦钠与痰热清联用对呼吸系统感染退热效果的观察

目的：观察美洛西林钠舒巴坦钠与痰热清联用对呼吸系统感染的退热效果。方法：将360例呼吸系统感染发热的门诊患者随机分成观察组和对照组，每组180例。观察组采用美洛西林钠舒巴坦钠与痰热清联合治疗，对照组采用美洛西林钠舒巴坦钠加维生素C、维生素B6联合治疗，观察两组的退热效果。结果：观察组的退热有效率为96．1％，对照组为83．9％，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论：美洛西林钠舒巴坦钠与痰热清联用可以提高退热效果，促进患者早日康复。

Observation of the antipyretic effect of Mezlocillin Sodium and Sulbactam Sodium with Tanreqing in the treatment of respiratory system infection

Objective： To observe the antipyretic effect of Mezlocillin Sodium and Sulbactam Sodium with Tanreqing in the treatment of respiratory system infection. Methods： 360 patients with respiratory system infection were randomly divided into observation group and control group.180 patients in the observation group were treated with Mezlocillin Sodium and Sulbactam Sodium and Tanreqing, 180 patients in the control group were treated with Mezlocillin Sodium and Sulbactam Sodium, Vitamin C and Vitamin B6. The antipyretic effects between the two groups were observed. Results： The total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 96.1% and 83.9%. The differences were statistically significant（P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Mezlocillin Sodium and Sulbactam Sodium with Tanreqing injections can improve the antipyretic effect, and promote an early recovery of patients health.
