| 摘 要： | 目的了解广州市番禺区常规免疫接种率监测现状。方法对2006-2010年常规免疫接种率监测结果,采用差值(D)和比值(R)评价方法比较分析。结果全区报告单位的及时率和完整性均为100%,2006-2010年卡介苗、口服脊髓灰质炎疫苗、百白破三联疫苗、麻疹疫苗、乙型肝炎疫苗的常规免疫报告接种率均≥98%,而估计接种率与报告接种率相差较大。除2010年糖丸D值可信外,其余均为可疑或不可信。R值除2010年为不可信外,其实均为可信。结论常规免疫监测数据大部分不可信,主要与计划免疫系统掌握的应种儿童数与统计部门公布的出生儿童数的差距及流动人口预防接种管理有关1],如何对应种数科学掌握及对流动人口的接种管理是提高报告接种率的可信性的关键2]。
