摘    要:
目的:用高效液相色谱-飞行时间质谱(HPLC-TOF-MS)联用技术对荷丹片中化学成分进行鉴别与结构解析。方法:色谱分离采用Agilent Zorbax SB-Aq柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈(A相)-1%乙酸水溶液(B相),梯度洗脱:0~50min,0%~30%B相,50~90min,30%~75%B相;流速为1ml/min。质谱定性分析采用TOF-MS,在正离子模式下进行扫描,参比离子m/z分别为121.05和922.01。结果:在液质联用条件下,通过TOF-MS以及碎片离子裂解分析,鉴定了荷丹片中的33种化学成分和5组同分异构体。结论:HPLC-TOF-MS联用技术是鉴定荷丹片中化学成分的一种简单、有效的方法。

Abstract:
Objective:To analyze the chemical constituents of Hedan tablet by high performance liquid chromatographytime of flight-mass spectrometry(HPLC-TOF-MS). Methods:The separation was performed on a Agilent Zorbax SB-Aq column (250 min× 4. 6 mm, 5μm). The mobile phase consisting of aeetonitrile(A) -1% acetic acid water solution(B) was used as gradient elute,0-50 min,0% -30%B,50-90 min,30%-75%B. The flow rate was 1 ml/min. TOF-MS was applied for qualitative analysis in positive ion mode with rn/z of reference fragment 121.05 and 922.01. Results: The 33 chemical constituents of Hedan tablet were identified, and 5 groups of isomers were discriminated by TOF-MS and structure-relevant fragment ions. Conclusion: The HPLC-TOF-MS method is simple and reliable for analysis of the chemical constituents of Hedan tablets.
