13例腺性膀胱炎CT误诊分析

目的提高对腺性膀胱炎CT表现的认识和诊断水平,减少误诊。方法本文搜集了我院2007年9月至2010年12月收治的13例腺性膀胱炎患者,经CT检查,均诊断为膀胱癌或膀胱炎,后经膀胱镜活检证实为腺性膀胱炎,回顾分析其CT表现。结果 13例腺性膀胱炎患者本组CT表现分为两型:结节型4例,弥漫增厚型9例;其中结节型误诊为膀胱癌,弥漫增厚型误诊为膀胱炎。结论首先腺性膀胱炎的CT表现缺少特征性,其次医生对于腺性膀胱炎的CT表现缺乏了解和认识,是导致误诊的主要原因。

Analysis of Misdiagnosis of 13 Cases Cystitis Giandularis on CT

Objective To enhance the knowledge and diagnosis of aystitis glandular,to decrease misdiagnosis.Methods 13 cases of patients with cystitis giandularis were collected in our hospital from Sep 2007 to Dec 2010,who were diagnosed as bladder cancer or cystitis by CT,but were proved as cystitis giandularis by cystoscopic biopsy.All the CT images were retro-spectively reviewed.Results According to different CT manifestations,13 cases were classified in 2 types：type Ⅰ（4 cases）,Nodular patterns,which were all misdiagnosed as bladder cancer;type Ⅱ（9 cases）,full wall thickening patterns,which were misdiagnosed as cystitis.Conclusion The manifestations of cystitis giandularis on CT have no characteristics.Lacking of comprehension of its CT characteristics leads to the high level of misdiagnosis on cystitis giandularis.
