幽门螺杆菌与儿童过敏性紫癜的关系

①目的:探讨幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染与儿童过敏性紫癜(HSP)发病及复发的关系。②方法:对20例过敏性紫癜并腹痛病儿行胃镜检查,并取胃黏膜行病理检查,吉姆萨染色法及HpUT试剂盒快速酶试验法检测Hp。③结果:20例HSP病儿均并发不同程度的慢性活动性胃炎、十二指肠球部溃疡,其中6例胃镜下呈麻疹样改变。Hp阳性11例,占55％。首次发病13例,Hp阳性5例;反复发病2次以上6例,Hp均阳性,根除Hp后未再复发。④结论:过敏件紫癜发病及复发与HD感染有关。清除Hp可促进疾病恢复并防止反复发作。

CORRELATION BETWEEN HELICOBACTER PYLORI INFECTION AND HENOCH-SCHOENLEIN PURPURA IN CHILDREN

Objective To investigate the relationship between the onset and relapse of Henoch-Schoenlein purpura(HSP) and Helicobacter pylori(Hp) infection. Methods Twenty children with HSP combined with abdominal pain underwent gastroscopy. A biopsy was performed. Hp was examined with Giemsa staining and HpUT packet. Results All the 20 children were complicated with different degree of chronic active gastritis and ulcer in the duodenal bulb. A morbilliform change was observed under a gastroscope in six cases. Hp was positive in 11 (55%). Of the 13 children who were attacked for the first time, five were Hp-positive. Conclusion The onset and recurrence of HSP is related with Hp infection. Removal of Hp can promote the recovery and prevent the relapse of HSP.
