| 摘 要： | 目的:检测病毒性心肌炎(VMC)患儿血清白细胞介素-18(IL-18)、肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)的水平.方法:应用双抗体夹心间接酶联免疫吸附法检测30例VMC患儿及15例正常对照组血清IL-18与cTnI水平.结果:VMC患儿急性期血清IL-18水平高于正常对照组与VMC恢复期(P＜0.01).VMC组血清IL-18水平和cTnI呈正相关(r=0.65,P＜0.001).结论:IL-18可能参与VMC的发病,检测IL-18有助于评估小儿VMC的严重程度和预测预后,并为VMC的治疗提供新途径. |

| Abstract: | Aim:To determine the serum levels of IL-18 and cTnI in children with viral myocarditis(VMC).Methods:Blood samples were collected from 30 children with VMC and 15 healthy children.ELISA was used to evaluate the levels of IL-18.cTnI was measured,too.Results:The level of IL-18 in patients at active stage was significantly higher than those in patients at remission stage and control(P<0.01).There was positive correlation between the levels of IL-18 and cTnI in the patients with VMC(r=0.65,P<0.001).Conclusion:IL-18 may participate in the pathogenesis of VMC.To determine the level of IL-18 is of significance in evaluating the severity and predicting prognosis of VMC. |
