摘    要:目的:探讨原发性肝癌组织中CD105和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达及两者之间的关系.方法:采用免疫组化SP法对51例肝癌(高分化14例,中分化26例,低分化11例;有门静脉癌栓18例,无门静脉癌栓33例)手术切除标本组织的微血管密度(MVD)及VEGF进行检测,并分析2者与肝癌临床病理特征的关系.结果:肝癌组织MVD及VEGF的表达均与肝癌的分化程度、转移有关(P<0.05).肝癌组织中MVD与VEGF的表达呈正相关(P<0.05).结论:原发性肝癌组织中VEGF和MVD的高表达可作为反映原发性肝癌分化程度及转移的有效指标.

Abstract:Aim:To explore the relationship between microvessel density(MVD) and VEGF in hepatocellular carcinoma tissue.Methods:MVD and the expression of VEGF in 51 specimens of hepatocellular carcinoma tissue were detected by immunohistochemical SP method.Results:There was a positive correlation between MVD and VEGF(P<0.05).MVD and the expression of VEGF were closely associated with the pathological differentiation and metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma(P<0.05).Conclusion:The higher level of MVD and the expression of VEGF in hepatocellular carcinoma tissue can be used as indicators for differentiation and metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma.
