食醋灌肠联合乙酰谷酰胺治疗肝性脑病的效果观察与护理

[目的]观察食醋灌肠联合乙酰谷酰胺治疗肝性脑病的效果。[方法]将43例肝性脑病病人随机分为对照组21例和观察组22例,两组均给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上应用食醋灌肠联合乙酰谷酰胺治疗,治疗7d后对两组的治疗效果进行比较。[结果]观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组病人治疗后血氨、总胆红素及谷丙转氨酶水平均下降,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]食醋灌肠联合乙酰谷酰胺治疗肝性脑病的效果优于单纯常规治疗。

Observation on effect of vinegar enema combined with aceglutamide for treatment of patients with hepatic encephalopathy

Objective：To observe the effect of vinegar enema combined with aceglutamide for treatment otF patients with hepatic encephalopatby. Meth- ods：A total of 43 cases of patients with hepatic encephalopathy were ran- domly divided into control group （21 cases） and observation group （22 ca- ses）. Both groups of patients were given conventional treatment, besides that,the observation group patients received vinegar enema combined with aceglutamide treatment for 7 days, then the curative effect was compared between both groups. Results： The treatment efficiency of observation group was higher （P〈0. 05）; The ammonia, total bilirubin and alanine aminotransferase levels were decreased after treatment in two groups, and that in observation group was better than that of control group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The effect of vinegar enema combined with aceglutamide for treatment of patients with hepatic encephalopathy is better than that of conventional therapy alone.
