摘    要:
分析总结新形势下常见护理投诉的原因,探讨护理投诉处理对策。目的在于,通过采取积极的防护措施,改善护患关系,消除护患纠纷的隐患,减少护理投诉,维护护患双方的合法权益,保障医疗护理安全顺利地进行。

Abstract:
Summarized the new situation of common causes of complaints nursing,care and handling of complaints of countermeasures.Purpose,by taking an active protective measures to improve relations between nurses and patients,to e liminate the hidden dangers of nursing disputes,reduce care complaints,safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of both nurses and patients to ensure the safety of medical care and proceed smoothly.
