| Abstract: | Summarized the new situation of common causes of complaints nursing,care and handling of complaints of countermeasures.Purpose,by taking an active protective measures to improve relations between nurses and patients,to e liminate the hidden dangers of nursing disputes,reduce care complaints,safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of both nurses and patients to ensure the safety of medical care and proceed smoothly. |
