| 摘 要： | 目的探讨综合性医院的医院感染临床特点,为预防与控制医院感染依据。方法监测医院2007-2009年出院患者病历165859份,对所发生医院感染的6733例病例进行前瞻性和回顾性调查分析。结果近3年医院感染率分别为4.42%、4.00%、3.80%,差异有统计学意义(P0.01);综合病区医院感染率最高,分别为16.00%、10.10%、12.95%,感染部位以呼吸道为主;医院感染病例标本送检率分别为57.95%、58.90%、59.63%,主要是血液和痰标本,最常见的病原菌是真菌、铜绿假单胞菌、大肠埃希菌和鲍氏不动杆菌等。结论 3年来医院感染率逐年下降,针对可能造成医院感染的因素,采取有效措施,预防和控制医院感染的发生。 |
