| 摘 要： | 本研究观察３６例接受利培酮治疗的精神分裂症患者（治疗剂量１ｍｇ－６ｍｇ／日，时间为８周），治疗前后应用临床总体量表（ＣＧＩ）评定，结果发现，利培酮对精神分裂症的阳性症状、阴性症状和一般症状有显著疗效，锥体外系反应症状减轻。

| Abstract: | The purpose of the study was to investigate the safety and efficacy of risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenic patients. Thirty-six cases of schizophrenia were treated with risperidone for eight weeks. The Clinical Global Impression Scale(CGI) were used to assess the efficacy and side effects. The results showed that risperidone is effective in the treatment of positive.negative and general symptoms of schizophrenia |
