全萼秦艽与长梗秦艽的生药学研究

摘    要:目的对藏药解吉那保的两种原植物全萼秦艽6entianalhassicaBurk.与长梗秦艽6entianawaltoniiBurk.进行生药学研究,为该藏药的质量标准制定提供资料。方法以粗茎秦艽为对照药材,应用形态学、薄层色谱法及高效液相色谱法对其进行形状观察、定性鉴别及龙胆苦苷含量测定,色谱柱为U1timateODS-3C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:水-甲醇(7:3),流速1mL/min,柱温40℃,检测波长为254nm。结果薄层色谱法专属性强;全萼秦艽和长梗秦艽地上部分龙胆苦苷的含量高于地下部分。结论可为藏药解吉那保的品种鉴定及质量标准制定提供科学依据。

Pharmacognostical Study on Gentiana lhassica Burk.and Gentiana waltonii Burk.

Abstract:Objective To provide basic data for the identification and quality control of Tibetan medicine 'Jieji-Nabao'. Methods Gentiana lhassica Burk. and Gentiana waltonii Burk. were identified by TLC and content of the gentiopicroside was determined by HPLC. The column of Ultimate ODS-3 C18 (250mm ×4.6mm,5μm) was used. The mobile phase was water-methanol (7 : 3), at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, the column temperature of 40 ~C, and peaks were detected at 254 nm. Results The characteristics of identification by TLC were distinct and highly specific, and the contents of gentiopicroside in the aerial parts were higher than in the subterranean parts. Conclusion The method can be used effectively for the quality control of Tibetan Medicine 'Jieji-Nabao'.
