| 摘 要： | 目的对TEK全自动三分群血细胞分析仪进行应用评价。方法采用随机和不随机选择标本方法,对该仪器进行WBC、RBC、Hb、PLT四个参数的精密度、携带互染率、总重复性、线性范围、准确性进行测试。结果批内和批间不精密度CV<3%;四个参数的携带互染率均≤2%;总重复性CV均<4%;线性范围相关系数r>0.990。各参数不准确度与参考方法比较,经配对t检验无显著性差异(P>0.05);白细胞分类仪器法与手工法比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论TEK全自动三分群血细胞分析仪各方面性能良好,测定参数快速、准确、精密、可靠,能完全满足临床需要。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of the TEK full-automatic three cent blood cell analysis instrument.Methods The samples were selected randomly or nonrandomly.The precision,inter-infection rate,repetition,linearity range,and accuracy for the measurement of WBC,RBC,Hb,and PLT were determined.Results The precision of inter-and between batch was over 97%.The interference rate among different samples was below 2%.The total repetition was <4%.The correlation coefficient(r)was >0.990.The accuracy of each parameter did not show significant difference in comparison with other methods(P>0.05).Conclusion The parameter measurement with TEK full-automatic three division blood cell analysis instrument is fast,accurate,precise,and it can completely satisfy clinical demand. |
