某校女职工宫颈刮片、白带涂片检查结果分析

目的了解女职工患妇科病的状况,为女职工保健工作提供依据。方法对857例女职工进行阴道分泌物和宫颈刮片检查,按年龄段分为3组,即<50岁组、50~60岁组、>60岁组,统计分析炎症及癌变发生率与年龄的关系。结果分泌物检查结果显示,246人清洁度为Ⅲ、Ⅳ度,占28·70%。其中58人检出霉菌,未检出滴虫;宫颈刮片Ⅲ级的发生率<50岁组为0·37%、50~60岁组为3·40%、>60岁组为10·18%,随年龄增大呈上升趋势(u=2·35,p<0·05)。结论随年龄增大癌变机率增多,妇科检查是保证妇女健康的重要检测手段,定期检查对及时诊治妇科疾病是必要的。

Analysis of the Results of Cervical and Vaginal Discharge Mmear of Women Staffs in an University

Objective To understand the genital health conditions of women staffs and to provide scientific basis for women health.Method 857 women staffs were divided into three groups: the first group are less than 50-years-old, the second group are between 50 and 60-years-old and the third group are older than 60-years-old. Their vaginal discharge and cervical smear were examined. We analysed statistically the relationships between age and the percentage of inflammation and cancer. Results as the results of vaginal discharge examination, 246(23.59 %) women have a clealiness level of III and IV, of whom 23.59 % were detected to be infected by fungi but not infusoria. The occurrence rate of cervical smear of degree III was 0.37 % in the first group, 3.40 % in the second group and 10.18 % in the third group, which increase with age (u=2.35, p<0.05). Conclusion The probability of tumorigenesis increases with the age. Gynecological examination is an important way to examine the health of women, Periodical examination is necessary for the diagnosis and therapy of gynecological disease.
