Abstract: | Acute transmural anteroseptal myocardial infarction with acute left ventricular failure can also raise systemic venous pressure in the absence of right ventricular infarction. Right ventricular infarction, therefore, should not be diagnosed simply by the presence of systemic venous congestion. |
