摘    要:目的了解噪声与神经衰弱综合征患病率关系。方法选取2013年1—6月在肇庆市疾病预防控制中心进行职业健康检查的肇庆市某金属加工厂4个车间共360名噪声暴露从业人员为观察组,以同单位非噪声作业工人180人为对照组,进行神经衰弱综合征的对照检查及统计分析。结果观察组神经衰弱综合征检出率(51.6%)明显高于对照组(16.1%),两组差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01),且噪声强度与神经衰弱综合征患病率之间存在剂量一反应关系,经logistic回归模型分析,接触噪声的强度是影响神经衰弱综合征发病的主要因素,而与工龄、年龄无明显联系。经对照分析,噪声作业组不同性别间神经衰弱综合征患病率无明显差异。结论噪声强度与神经衰弱综合征患病率呈正相关,为影响神经衰弱综合征发生的主要因素。

Abstract: Objective] To know the relationship between the noise and the prevalence rate of neurasthenic syndrome. Methods ] 360 noise-exposed workers in 4 workshops of a metal processing factory in Zhaoqing City, who received the occupational health ex- amination in Zhaoqing Center for Disease Control and Prevention from January to June 2013, were collected in the observation group, and 180 workers without exposure to noise in this factory were involved in the control group. The prevalence rates of neuras- thenic syndrome in two groups were statistically analyzed. Results] The detection rate of the neurasthenic syndrome (51.6%) was higher than that in the control group ( 16.1% }, which the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.01 ), and there was the dose-response relationship between the noise intensity and the prevalence rate of neurasthenic syndrome. Logistic regression analysis showed that noise intensity was the main factor that influenced the prevalence rate of neurasthenic syndrome, and the prevalence rate of neurasthenic syndrome had no significant relationship with service length and age. In the observation group, there was no significant difference in the prevalence rate of neurasthenic syndrome between males and females. Conclusion] The noise intensity is positively correlated to the prevalence rate of neurasthenic syndrome, and it is the main influencing factor of neurasthenic syndrome.
