复治肺结核60例

目的：探索缩短肺结核复发治疗时间的有效途径。方法：120例有并发症的肺结核复发患者，随机分为2组，对照组60例，常规抗痨治疗，治疗组60例，在常规抗痨治疗的基础上，应用免疫增强剂胸腺肽α1治疗，统计每例病人治愈后所用时间。结果：对照组平均治疗时间18．30月。治疗组平均治疗时间14．20月，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论：免疫增强剂胸脉肽α1，能够有效缩短肺结核复发抗痨治疗时间。

On Recurrence Treatment of 60 Cases of Phthisis

Objective： To explore the effective way of reducing the recurrence treatment time of phthisis.Methods： 120 cases of phthisis patients were divided into 2 groups randomly： control group （60 cases） were treated with normal method while treatment group （60 cases） were treated with immune bocter thymosin α1 besides nominal treatment. Make statistics on the time of curing.Results： It costed 18.30 months for the control group to cure on average and 14.20 months for the treatment group and there were significant differences. Conclusion： Immune booster thymosin α1 is effective in shorten the recurrence treatment time of phthisis.
