| 摘 要： | 本文对7例恶性组织细胞增生症尸检的临床和病理学改变进行了分析,其病理特点为:系统性、进行性、浸润性、弥漫性生长,瘤细胞具多形性和吞噬性,并对外周淋巴结活检、骨髓穿刺涂片在诊断中的意义,瘤细胞的分化与生存期长短的关系进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | Analysis of clinical and pathological changes in autopsy of 7cases of malignant histocytosis were carried out. They were charac-terized by system, progress, infiltration, diffuses, cellular multifor-me and phagocytosis. Not only diagnostic significance of biopsy peri-pheral lymph node, bone marrow smear, but also relationship betweendifferentiation of tumor cell and suryival course were discussed. |
