| 摘 要： | 目的探讨cTnI与CK—MB联合检测在急性心肌梗死（AMI）诊断中的应用价值。方法采用免疫分析法、酶免疫法分别测定48例AMI患者、39例稳定性心绞痛（SA）患者、44例不稳定性心绞痛（UA）患者、18例心力衰竭患者和30例健康体检者cTnI和CK-MB。结果AMI组cTnI和CK-MB明显高于其他四组（P〈0．01），两者联合检测阳性率高于单独检测。结论cTnI与CK-MB联合检测对AMI早期诊断有一定价值。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the value of combined detection of cTnI and CK-MB in diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction. Methods Immunological analysis methods and enzyme immunology methods were used to detect cTnI and CK- MB in 48 cases acute myocardial infarction （AMI）, 39 cases solid cardisc angina（SA）, 44 cases unsotid cardisc angina（UA） , 18 cases heart failure（HF） and 30 cases of healthy control. Results The cTnI and CK-MB levels of AMI patients were remarkably higher than other four groups （P〈0.01） , and the positive rate of higher than either of them. Conclusion The combined detection of cTnI and CK-MB has a diagnosis value in AMI. |
