摘    要:摘要:试剂成分、反应产物、反应条件以及分析系统各组件部分是生化配套检测系统和开放系统发生携带污染的来源和途径。配套系统从如试剂配方的污染源头进行设计、控制,并提高仪器的清洗能力,经过全遍历评估以及交叉污染规避设置,可有效切断携带污染。借鉴配套检测系统解决携带污染的方法,为生化开放系统解决携带污染提供策略。生化分析系统交叉污染来源多,污染途径复杂,保持检测系统的完整性是避免交叉污染的有效手段,是检测系统有效性的基本保证。

Biochemical detection systems carry-over analysis and disposal strategies
Abstract:Abstract: The sources and ways of the carryover in biochemical detection system and self-built detection system were analyzed by consulting literature. Reagents, reaction products, reaction conditions and components of the analytical system are the sources and ways of contamination. The supporting system is designed and controlled from the source of contamination of reagent formulation and improves the cleaning ability of the instrument. After the full traversal evaluation and the cross-contamination avoidance Settings, the contamination can be effectively cut off. By learning from the methods to solve the carryover of biochemical detection system, this paper provides strategies for solving the carryover of biochemical self-built detection system, and makes a specific analysis based on the case of UA detection of carryover in laboratory. There are many sources and complex ways of cross contamination in the biochemical analysis system, so maintaining the integrity of the detection system is an effective means to avoid cross contamination and a basic guarantee for the effectiveness of the detection system.
