氟比洛芬酯联合止血带用于减轻丙泊酚注射痛的效果观察

目的探讨氟比洛芬酯联合止血带用于减轻丙泊酚注射痛的临床价值。方法120例ASAI～II级需采用丙泊酚注射液诱导全麻患者，按入院的先后顺序随机分成观察组与对照组，每组60例。在注射丙泊酚前2min，观察组静脉注射氟比洛芬酯50mg的同时采用止血带阻断静脉2min；对照组静脉注射氟比洛芬酯50mg，未采用止血带阻断血管。接着注射丙泊酚0．5mg／kg，通过4点口述评定量表（VRS）评估丙泊酚注射痛的发生率及程度。结果观察组的VRS及疼痛发生率低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论氟比洛芬酯联合止血带能有效减轻丙泊酚注射痛，优于单用氟比洛芬酯，值得临床推广应用。

The clinical effect of flurbiprofen combine with tourniquet in reducing the injection pain caused by propofol

Objective To explore the clinical value of flurbiprofen combine with tourniquet in reducing the injection pain caused by propofol. Methods 120 ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ cases requires the use of propofol induction of anesthesia injection were included in the study. Accord- ing to the order of admission, they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group had 60 patients. Before injec- tion of propofol in 2 min, the observation group was given intravenous flurbiprofen 50 mg, while blocking the veins with a tourniquet 2 rain, the control group was given intravenous flurbiprofen 50 mg, no tourniquet blocked blood vessels. Patients were given propofol 0. 5 mg/kg. By 4 - point verbal rating scale （ VRS）, the frequency and degree of propofol injection pain were assessed. Results Observation group was less than the control group for propofol injection pain level and frequency of occurrence,there were significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion Flurbiprofen combine with tourniquet can effectively reduce propofol injection pain, it is better than single flurbi- profen and worthy of clinical application.
