摘    要:目的研究盐酸小檗碱(berberine chloride,Ber)对环孢素A(cyclosporin A,CsA)小肠吸收的影响。方法三组大鼠分别以CsA试液、含Ber 100mg·L^-1的CsA试液、含Ber200mg·L^-1的CsA试液,进行在体肠段吸收实验,HPLC法测定CsA浓度。结果与单用CsA相比,空肠段合用Ber组CsA吸收率有明显增加,回肠段合用Ber组CsA吸收无明显变化。结论Ber对CsA小肠吸收有促进作用。

Effect of Berberine Chloride on Absorption Rate of Cyclosporin A by Small Intestine in Rat

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of berberine chloride (Ber) on absorption rate of cyclgsporin A(CsA) by small intestine in rat. Methods The intestinal absorption was investigated by in situ perfusion in rats. The test solution were CsA solution,CsA solution contain 100mg·L^-1 Bet and CsA solution contain 200mg·L^-1 Bet respectively. Concentration of CsA was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Results Compared with CsA group, the absorption rate of CsA significantly increased in jejunal segment and didn't have significant change in ileum segment. Conclusion Ber can accelerate absorption of CsA in small intestine.
