微量泵输注3%盐酸氯普鲁卡因在硬膜外麻醉中的临床应用

[目的]观察比较3％盐酸氯普鲁卡因（可普诺）在硬膜外麻醉中分次给药和微量泵持续给药效果的区别。[方法]选择单纯硬膜外麻醉患者100例,随机分成两组,记录麻醉起效后病人的平均动脉压、阻滞范围变化和心率变化,以及肌松欠佳和镇痛欠佳的例数。[结果]微量泵持续给药方式与分次给药方式相比对病人的影响更小,麻醉效果更佳,差异有显著性意义：微量泵持续输注3％盐酸氯普鲁卡因组（微量泵组）的最大阻滞范围明显小于对照组,差异有显著性意义（P〈0．01）;术中平均动脉压下降幅度与对照组相比明显减少,差异有显著性意义（P〈0．01）;麻醉以后微量泵组）心率增加明显小于对照组,差异有显著性意义（P〈0．01）,肌松效果欠佳和辅助镇痛例数（微量泵组）组明显少于对照组（P〈0．01）。[结论]应用微量泵持续性给药能够取得完善的麻醉效果,对病人干扰更小,更安全。

Clinical value of 3% chlorprocaine hydrochloride for epidural anesthesia with micro-pump
