| 摘 要： | 目的 :了解子宫切除时宫颈去留对术后性生活质量的影响 ,并观察健康教育干预对提高患者术后性生活质量的作用。方法 :将因子宫良性病变而行子宫切除的病人分为全切组和次切组 ,每组再随机分为干预组和非干预组 ,分别进行术后性生活质量评分比较。结果 :1 在未经心理干预的子宫切除病人中次切组性生活质量评分高于全切组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;2 干预组术后性生活质量评分高于非干预组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :子宫切除时保留宫颈及手术前后的健康教育干预有利于患者术后性生活质量的改善

| Abstract: | Objective:To compare the effect of different operation modes on quality of sex life in women with hysterectomy Method:104 women received total hysterectomy and 78 received subtotal hysterectomy were randomly divided into intervention group and control group Former received health education on sex life of hysterectomy Self-made inventory was used to assess the effect of different operation modes and intervention Result:The quality of sex life was better in subtotal hysterectomy group than in total hysterectomy group Compared to those without intervention, health education improved the quality of sex life of patients received hysterectomy Conclusion:Preserved cervix uteri and health education are benefit to quality of sex life of women received hysterectomy |
