Abstract: | Summary: Neutrophil granulocytes isolated from healthy volunteers were found to kill proteinase-producing Candida albicans strains more effectively than proteinase negative strains in vitro (p < 0.01).The proportion was one Candida cell to one, three or five granulocytes. |
