电针结合综合康复技术治疗小儿脑瘫68例疗效观察

目的探讨电针结合综合康复技术治疗小儿脑瘫的临床疗效。方法将118例脑瘫患儿随机分为2组,治疗组68例,对照组50例。2组患儿均以西药鼠神经生长因子、神经节苷脂（GM-I）、卵磷脂等治疗,同时采用传统及现代康复训练结合的综合康复技术进行训练,治疗组在此基础上加用电针疗法治疗。1月为1个疗程,记录整个临床治疗过程,6个疗程后观察2组的综合治疗效果,并分析比较治疗组3-12月、13-24月、25-36月3个年龄段的疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为83.82%,对照组为68.00%,2组比较差异有统计意义（P〈0.05）,说明电针结合综合康复疗法针对3岁以内脑瘫患儿的疗效优于传统及现代康复疗法;治疗组3个年龄段总有效率分别为92.31%,72.22%,72.73%,3-12月的患儿治疗效果与其他2组比较最为显著（P〈0.05）。结论电针配合综合康复疗法对改善3岁以内脑瘫患儿的症状有较好的疗效,并且患儿年龄越小临床疗效越显著。

The effect observation of electric acupuncture and comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on 68 cases of children with cerebral palsy

Objective To explore the effect of electric acupuncture and comprehensive rehabilitation technology for treatment of children with cerebral palsy. Methods 118 children with cerebral palsy were randomized into 2 groups,68 cases in the treatment group,50 cases in the control group. Both groups were treated with mice nerve growth factor,Ganglioside（GM-I）,lecithin,comprehensive rehabilitation techniques of traditional rehabilitation training and modern rehabilitation training. The treatment group was additionally treated with electroacupuncture,1 month for a course. Compare the comprehensive effect of the 2 groups after 6 courses,analyze and compare the effect of treatment group according to 3-12 months,13- 24 months,25- 36 months. Results The total effective rate was 78. 82% in the treatment group,61. 45% in the control group,and the total effective rate difference was statistically significant between the 2 groups（P〈0. 05）. Electroacupuncture combined with comprehensive rehabilitation therapy for cerebral palsy children less than 3 years old was superior to traditional and modern rehabilitation therapy; in the treatment group,total effect in the 3 groups of age was 91. 30%,77. 27%,and 70. 14% respectively. 3-12 months group had better effect compared with other 2 groups（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Electroacupuncture combined with comprehensive rehabilitation therapy has good effect on improving the symptoms of cerebral palsy children less than 3 year of age,and the disease should be treated as early as possible.
