| 摘 要： | 目的：观察心理护理对外伤后焦虑症的干预效果。方法：从2008年1月至2009年6月在我院住院的外伤病人中筛选出外伤后焦虑症38例,随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组定期给予心理护理干预,配合抗焦虑药物治疗;对照组仅给予抗焦虑药物治疗,配合一般常规护理。采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）对两组患者治疗前后进行评分。结果：观察组治疗前后HAMA评分下降程度较对照组更显著（P〈0.01）。结论：对外伤后焦虑症给予心理护理干预有明显效果。

| Abstract: | Objective： To evaluate the psychological nursing effect on patients with post - traumatic anxiety symptoms. Method ：38 cases patients with post -traumatic anxiety symptoms were divided into observing group and control group randomly from Jan. 2008 to Jun. 2009. The patients in observing group were treated with anti - anxiety drug as well as psychological intervention regularly. While those in control group were only given anti - anxiety drug and normal care. And then evaluated the effect by HAMA before and after therapy in both group. Result： The score of HAMA before and after therapy in observing group were obviously decreased more than those in control group （ P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion：There Is obvious effect for patients with post -traumatic anxiety symptoms by psychological intervention. |
