| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨肝内胆管结石症作为肝移植指征之一的可行性及合理性。方法 对1例28岁男性患广泛弥漫性肝内胆管结石并胆汁性肝硬变的患者进行原位肝移植。结果 移植后恢复良好，已出院，无术后感染发生。结论 肝内胆管结石作为肝移植指征是可行的、安全的。 |

LIVER TRANSPLANTATION FOR INTRAHEPATIC BILE DUCT STONES (REPORT OF 1 CASE) |

| Abstract: | Objective\ To investigate the feasibility and rationality of liver transplantation as an indication for the patient with intrahepatic bile duct stones. Methods\ A liver transplantation was successfully performed on a 28-year old male with intrahepatic stones and liver cirrhosis. Results\ The patient recovered well and discharged from hospital without complication of infections. Conclusion\ Liver transplantation as an indication for patient with intrahepatic stones is a safe and effective technique. |
