双歧杆菌对实验性大肠癌血管形成的影响

摘    要:
目的 从血管形成这一角度探索青春型双歧杆菌的抑瘤机理。方法 以大肠癌裸鼠移植瘤为动物模型,用免疫组化法检测大肠癌组织血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达及其微血管密度(MVD)。结果 双歧杆菌注射组大肠癌VEGF的阳胜细胞密度和MVD的数量均明显低于肿瘤对照组(P<0.01)。结论青春型双歧杆菌能抑制大肠癌的血管形成,其途径可能是下调VEGF的表达。

Abstract:
Objective To explore the antitumor mechanisms of bifidobacteria adolescence in view of angiogenesis. Methods The vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and microvessel density (MVD)of large bowel carcinoma were detected by using immunohistochemical method depending on the animal model of large bowel carcinoma nude mouse transplantation.Results The positive cell density of VEGF and the number of MVD in bifidobacterium injection group were significantly lower than those in tumor control group (P<0.01) .Conclusions Bifidobacteria adolescence could inhibit the angiogenesis of large bowel carcinoma, and its pathway was to down-regulate the expression of VEGF possibly.
