摘    要:
在振动试验中,被试设备通过夹具与振动台联接在一起,夹具的动态直接影响着振动台的激振效果,因此夹具设计是振动试验中很重要的一个环节。为了提高夹具的设计水平,采用有限单元法对一通用夹具进行了模态分析,为了减少夹具的设计周期,又引入了矩阵摄动法预估了变结构的频率特性。本文的实例分析证明了矩阵摄动法引入的必要性及其结果的优良性。

Abstract:
Fixture is used for mounting the equipment under test to the shaker in a vibration test system. Its dynamic characteristics directly affect the performance,so design of the fixture is very important in the vibration test.To improve the fixture design,finite element method was applied in modal analysis of a general fixture; for small changes in the structural parameters of the fixture, the matrix perturbation method was used to estimate the frequency of the modified fixture in order to shorten the design cycle. The numerical example shows that the matrix perturbation method is very effective.
