| 摘 要： | 本文收集１９９２年１月至１９９５年５月在我科作肝动脉化疗栓塞术和肝动脉化疗灌注术的中晚期肝癌１６０例，将每例病人的肝动脉造影所见与临床资料及随访结果一起进行分析。

| Abstract: | From January 1992 to May 1995,160 cases of primary liver cancer were treated with transcatheter arterial embolization(TAE) or transcatheter arterial infusion(TAI) in our department.Liver arterial angiography,clinical materials and follow-up data were collected and analysed.The results showed that the variance of liver artery was 15.6% of all patients (25/160).It indicated that liver arterial variance was high.In the same time,it was found that some patients didnot have liver arterial variance,but they had position changing of liver artery.The position changing also had obvious effect on the selective catheterization of liver artery.The types of liver arterial variance,the position changing of liver artery and their effects on TAE and TAI were discussed in this study. |
