| 摘 要： | 槟榔不仅为我国常用中药材,还是东南亚和我国传统食品之一。近年来相关报道提出槟榔对人体安全具有一定的危害。现就对槟榔的使用方法沿革和安全性进行综述,探讨槟榔对人体健康的影响,并针对槟榔安全性提出相关建议,为槟榔药用和食用产业的健康发展提供参考。

| Abstract: | Areca catechu is not only Chinese medicinal material but also one of traditional foods in Southeast Asia and China. In this paper, the usage and security were reviewed to discuss the effect of A. catechu on human health. Meanwhile, we put forward suggestions for the security of A. catechu and they may contribute to the medicinal and edible industry of A. catechu in future. |
