c-FLIP and apoptosis in myelodysplastic syndromes

In recent years,the morbidity of myelodysplastic syndromes(MDS) has been rising gradu-ally,a part of MDS patients may develop to malignant leukemia.It has already been proved that apoptosis plays an important role in the pathogenesy of MDS.c-FLIP is an apoptosis inhibitory protein,which takes part in the onset and development of many neoplasmas.Recently,c-FLIP has been studied generally,for its important role in regulating the process of apoptosis,as well as its various forms and effects.
